Absolutely fantastic service from Charlotte we were not even her clients and we recently failed to complete on the day stated therefore we were left with no home to go to and all our contents unloaded on the drive of the property we were purchasing.Whilst we were completely in limbo Charlotte... Obviously would like the fees to be 'nil point' but I understand the reason and can safely say it's a fair charge for making our lives stress free considering they had to battle the council as we were leaseholders.

Charlotte and her team at Elm Park Bairstow Eves have been amazing!
They are experts with a very friendly approach.
They have managed to sell our property in record time and at a great price, even though we live 250 miles away.
Personal service is a high priority at Elm Park. All the team know who I am when I call or email, they are courteous and informed. They have kept us up to date with the entire process, making fantastic suggestions on the way.
Charlotte deserves a payrise - she gave up time on her child's birthday to come and meet me during a weekend as she knew I didn't have much time, AND she gave me a lift to the the station!!!
